Spills Contingency Plan Preparation
Oil spill incidents can happen to the best firms, but controlling spreading-contaminant material is always challenging, even to the best of firms. Having prepared contingency plans on-hand for emergency response saves time. We can help prepare contingency plans in advance and guide you through EPA spill preparation-requirement rules and compliance. Two examples are creating control points for spills or pipeline breaks and taking Ariel photos (with unmanned aircraft per clients’ request). Our contingency plans include the complete package, which contains all necessary precautions, risk assessment, and work and safety procedures. Once we create a contingency plan, you have the option of updating these plans anytime because we keep back-up data for our clients to access at any time. Included in our contingency plans are photos, potential-risk assessment, and contact information for specific site needs. The prevention plan documents provide local-government information with updated websites and regulations. We prepare spill equipment in case of emergency response needs. Our contingency plans include vegetation type, soil and water data, and much more information that is required for contingency-plan documentation. We collect all the necessary information to include in our new, up-to-date contingency plan template. We include details on how to set up containment and control point set-ups in case of a spill while testing the old pipeline. We also provide containment and recovery operation training by request.
